Bringing the Beauty of Japanese Tradition to the World

Japanese tradition is not merely something to preserve from the past. I believe it is a valuable resource for creating the future.

For more than 50 years, I have worked with Japanese traditional design through kimono, textiles, graphic design, interior spaces, fusuma art, and many other forms of creative expression.

Through this experience, I have come to believe that the beauty of Japanese tradition lies not only in its appearance, but also in the ideas, wisdom, sensitivity, and spirit behind it.

My goal is to reinterpret these traditions for contemporary life and introduce their beauty and value to people around the world.

Tradition belongs not only to the past.
It can become a source of inspiration for the future.
